"You are as young as your spine." ~Joe Pilates

In addition to being excellent full body training for most any activity,
Pilates is great preventative and recuperative care for nearly
everyone. Today,
proper, affordable health care is a privilege. Come join us in this
low-cost class and improve your mobility, stability, strength & mind-body
connection!

$10 per class or get a 6pack for $57, an 8pack for $75, or a 10pack for $90!

Pilates To The People challenges you to take 6 classes in a row and feel how
different your body will feel!

Pilates is a method of exercise that some say looks like an active form of
Yoga. Its actually very different from Yoga. Its focus is to develop a
balance of length and strength in your muscles and bring your skeleton into
better alignment so that you are more able to move through life's
activities, whatever they may be, pain and injury free, in tip top shape,
and feeling GREAT! Many associate Pilates with "core" strengthening because
Pilates builds core muscles in ways that no other method of exercise does.
Pilates is FULL BODY conditioning that incorporates stretching and breathing
techniques, and promotes heightened mind-body awareness.
